Ohio GNCC Shane Watts loaned us 4-strokes so we could get some practice in for the ISDE. Brian road a 400 and Patrick a 520. The bikes had electric starts, but we did not get tremendous jumps. We both got about tenth place starts. About 5 minutes into the race it started to rain and rain. Brian and Patrick stayed together and battled until the third lap when Patrick crashed and lost time. It stopped raining for a while, but at this point (the third lap) it began to hail. It got cold, wet, and gnarly. It started to snow. Brian kept steady around tenth place. Patrick had fallen behind and now had to battle Mike Kiedrowski. They went back and forth and had to fight with lappers.
