Last Man Standing The Red Bull Last Man Standing was a great event. Red Bull did a first class job organizing the event with advertising, media, helicopters, lighted sections of the course, and Red Bull girls. It was an elimination type event that ended up eliminating people by its difficulty. I rode a solid race and finished is sixth spot. David Knight from England won followed by Nate Kanney, Mike Lafferty, Justin Williamson, and Billy Russell. The course was tough but not completely unrideable. Riding at night on such a technical course was really neat. The speeds were slow enough that it wasn't that much different from the day. The hardest section was called Texas Stadium which we had to have course workers help pull the bikes up. Below is my first trip up Joshua Tree Hill. It is not a good line if the spectators aren't running!
