Georgia GNCC

Just a short five days after the first GNCC in Florida the next race was at a new location in Georgia.  There was some serious rain in between the races guaranteeing another mudder.  Brian was on a 200 for this race and got off to a top ten start.  He  was running in the lead pack around sixth place when he fell on the first lap and dropped back to 11th.  On the second lap he passed a few riders then got himself hopelessly stuck in a mudhole.  He said he was stuck up to his seat and it took all his strength to wrestle the bike out of the mud.  He got going again but stayed in about the same spot for the remainder of the race finishing in 11th.  Mike Lafferty was the big winner on the day.  After not finishing the first round he came back to take a convincing win ahead of Barry Hawk and Rodney Smith.
