Patrick Garrahan

I began riding at the age of twelve.  I rode occasionally until the age of fifteen when I went riding one time and got hooked.   Since then I have been riding and racing as much as possible.  I started going to the races with my dad winning many races while moving up the amateur ranks.  I went to my first big National Race at the Oklahoma four day ISDE qualifier and did very well finishing tenth overall and third in the 125 class.  That led me to qualifying for the ISDE in Holland in 1993 where I was the only finisher on the Junior Team.  Since then I have been to the ISDE six times finishing with three Gold Medals, two Silvers, and a Bronze.  I have finished third in the National Hare Scramble Series for the last three years as well as finishing fifth in the National Enduro Series last year and third in 1998.  I also won the D-36 Enduro Championship in both 1995 and 1996.

This year I am going after the National Hare Scramble Series Championship as well as National Enduro and WORC's Series.  I am hoping to ride the ISDE this year in France and as well as many local D-36 races as possible.
