Brian Garrahan U.S.A. 400-4st Trophy Team Brian is one of a kind. He has been steadily climbing the ranks of U.S. off road superstars. This six days is one of his best to date. In the Enduro test on day two he set the third fastest time in his class with only Stefan Merriman and Giovanni Sala edging him out. He finished the day 8th overall, in class. His bike category is stacked and he is consistently holding his own. He is in good shape for a top 10 class finish. We talked to " snaggle tooth " at the end of the day.GBrothers- Good ride today Brian... What do you think of the race so far? Brian- Thanks. It's Cherry! GBrothers- How is it "cherry"? Brian- Your not going to ask me dumb questions like that are you? GBrothers- Oh I'm sorry.... What's your favorite color? Brian- (after a blank stare and brief pause) It's Cherry because the course has good traction and it's kind of like riding at home. Good, fun tests. GBrothers- I noticed your missing something.. What happened to your tooth? Brian- I was just riding a long between checks and got thrown off. I chipped my tooth, cracked my helmet, Broke my fender and threw a chain at the bottom of the hill. GBrothers- I think the tooth adds character. Brian- whatever GBrothers- What is your goal for this six days? Brian- To finish top 10 in my class GBrothers- What do you think the trophy teams chances are? Brian- They are slim, there needs to be tighter enduro style tests we don't ride grass tracks at home so we are at a disadvantage. GBrothers- What was your favorite test? Brian- Test two.. it was a long grass track with long sweeping corners. GBrothers- Thanks Brian.. go get your tooth fixed. Brian- No problem... What do you think a gold or silver cap. GBrothers- Definitely gold... You will be able to melt down your medal. Either way, however you finish your covered. Gold, silver or bronze. You'd be the one that could make it look stylish. |
